These air showers are installed before the entrance to clean rooms and other controlled environments. Over View:
Our air showers are light weight and modular in design and are easy to deliver and transfer to long distance areas without damage. These units are made with durable materials that are compatible with clean room environments. Walls of these systems will be of rugged and non-particulating surface. All visible surfaces are covered with high-pressure plastic laminate.
The customize design facilitates customers to get access panels fixed on the access sides of their choice. The trim is made of anodized aluminum.
Doors are used at both entry and made of aluminum or plastic laminate with tempered glass. Powder coated stainless steel doors are optional. Heavy duty door sweeps, door seals and interlocks are used. Doors are automatically released in case of power failure to ensure user safety.
Air nozzles are adjustable and made of stainless steel and provide on average 7000 fpm air flow at the face of nozzle. The nozzles are so arranged in a uniform pattern to ensure proper distribution of filtered air.
The filtration system comprises of HEPA Filters, mounted on top and capable of removing 99.99% of dust particles to 0.3 microns in size. Replaceable pre-filters of 30% efficiency are used to maximize life of the absolute filters, and are accessible from the Air Shower interior, within return air grills.
The whole unit is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Optional – Provided on request). An Emergency Off Button (EMO) located inside the Air Shower is mounted in a conspicuous location. Activating the switch causes the cycle to immediately end, and release all interlocks. Lighting is set to remain on.
